2.add a little oil and sugar to a wok, heat the wok,use medium fire.
3. when the wok is warm enough, put a grater you use for steaming into the wok and the boiled egg on the grater. cover the wok for the smoking process. smoke until the egg white turns golden yellow.
4. put the smoked eggs into your favourite diluted meat stock or fish stock and boil it, add salt and seasoning to your requirement.
